Heritage Development & Construction, Inc. began construction in January, 2005, on the 35,000 square foot Public Safety Building located in Kankakee, Illinois. The two story building will be the new home for the Kankakee County Sheriff and the Kankakee County Coroner's offices. Completion of the project is scheduled for December, 2005.

| Clock Tower Centre represents the most recent project of a larger renovation and restoration of downtown Kankakee. Located at the corner of Schuyler Avenue and Merchant Street and across from the Clock Tower Park, the completed restoration will transform the former Arcade Building into an aesthetically pleasing and functional professional and educational facility.
